Avon Miniatures - All of the shapes and designs have been created by us based on full sized ceramics. The originals, molds, and decoration are made by us and most items are marked with our trade mark, consisting of the superimposition of our initials D and K to yield a B. All of our china is fine, thin, precisely to scale, affordable, and collectable. The tea pot has a hollow spout and removable lid, and the cup handles are quite delicate. Because they are manufactured from porcelain and fired to 2400 degrees Fahrenheit, and then glazed and fired, they are excellent for china painters who wish to decorate a custom set for themselves or a friend.
